I began with a desire to create the most delicious nutrient-packed sourdough bread for my family, and soon, its irresistible taste compelled me to share. Using premium organic flour, locally sourced specialty flours, and mineral rich pink himalayan salt, each sourdough is handmade with love. My love for sourdough has grown, and I’ve added some great sourdough treats to the menu. My goal is to offer only sourdough-based items. I invite you to savor the experience and kindly spread the love by sharing it with others.


Webster Family Butchers is proudly owned and run by husband and wife team, Kane and Carly Webster. We opened our first store in Winton in 2015 and thanks to its growing success we expanded into Southbourne and Whitecliff in the years that followed. As an independent, family-run business, we’re passionate about sourcing the finest British produce from small farms that share our values; quality, animal welfare and full traceability. Over the past decade, we've carefully built a team of some of Dorset’s most skilled butchers ensuring every customer receives expert advice and warm, friendly service.
